I’m Coffeegeek, the creator and author of this website. My passion for coffee began during a trip to Canada. At the time, the company I worked for served coffee that was truly appalling.
Gradually, my interest in coffee grew, and I began to immerse myself in the art of making quality extractions. My starting point was the acquisition and refurbishment of a La Pavoni coffee machine, an undertaking carried out over long winter nights.
Wanting to share my learning, I launched the blog coffeegeek.co. After an extended hiatus, I decided to restart my blog from scratch by acquiring the .FR domain, thus continuing my quest to explore and share my passion for coffee through personal experience.
